Thermostat: All air conditioning thermostats are located in their respective areas to be climatized. Please adjust the desired temperature directly from the thermostat corresponding to each area to ensure efficient and precise climate control.
Parking for up to 2 cars is available in the driveway.
Please be advised that the water supplied to the property comes from a well. While it is suitable for general use, we recommend using bottled water for drinking and cooking if you prefer.
Washer and dryer are located in at the back of the house on the ground floor.
There might be some laundry leftovers in the dryer from our cleaning crew. If you need to use the dryer, please put them in the closet and use the dryer.
For optimal performance of the dryer, it is important to clean the lint filters after each use. This not only improves drying efficiency but also prolongs the appliance's lifespan and ensures safe operation.
Garbage Disposal:
- Stay less than 7 days? Leave garbage in the unit.
- Stay more than 7 days? Please take the large garbage bin out the night before collection day.
- There is a general waste container located outside the house, where, if you prefer, you can dispose of your trash. Please refer to the location diagram for more details.
