Mirabelli Corporation is in growth mode and we are excited to announce that we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Facilities Coordinator to join our North York office. Job Description:

 As a Bilingual Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing work orders to maintain commercial properties for Mirabelli Corporation, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all work order management.
  • Arrange facilities repairs utilizing various trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting and doors.
  • Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure that repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Comply with and adhere to all health and safety protocols for Mirabelli and client companies.
  • Analyze market and obtain the best possible value from new and existing vendors.
  • Participate in the development of long-term plans for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with building tenants to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Report on all progress and processes to management at regular intervals.
  • Monitor maintenance budget spending.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of supplier invoices.
  • Respond to emergencies sensitively and in a timely manner.
  • Document all processes using facility management software.

 

Qualifications: 

  • University or College Degree preferred.
  • Coursework in Facilities Management is an asset.
  • Experience with Facilities Management (FM) software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator.
  • The ability to speak French fluently.
  • Experience working with various subtrades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting, doors, framing.
  • Excellent teamwork skills along with the ability to work independently.
  • In depth knowledge of building codes and local regulations.
  • Able to respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Superior organization and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze workday demands and prioritize tasks.
